Authorship, review and delivery
The Devs Team
Devs Team is the group that writes, source-checks and reviews the guides on this site, and the same team delivers the AI agent projects the site describes. Guides are published under the team byline rather than an individual one, because each piece is written and then checked by a different person, and no single individual is publicly credited.
How a guide is made
A guide starts from a question buyers actually ask: what a reservation workflow does when the availability system is slow, how a voice agent should hand a caller to a person, what a reasoning model costs against a standard one. The topic is commissioned from that demand, not from a keyword list.
The draft is produced in the original writing system and then checked claim by claim against the primary sources listed at the foot of the article: vendor documentation, regulator guidance and published price sheets. The reviewer can reject a claim, send the piece back, or require a source that actually states the rule. Only after that check does an article carry the review date you see on it.
If a reader disputes a sentence, the correction follows the same path rather than being quietly reworded. The editorial policy sets out the full process, including how AI assistance is used and disclosed.
The roles behind a project
Delivery work is staffed by role rather than by title, and the proposal names who holds each role for your project:
- Solution owner. Turns your task into a written scope: the channels, the approved information, the systems the agent may act on and the point where a person takes over.
- Integration engineer. Connects the chosen channels and systems, configures the permissions and keeps the action log honest when a connected system fails.
- Acceptance reviewer. Tests normal requests, exceptions and unavailable-system cases against the agreed checks before launch, and again when you change the scope.
On your side the project needs a business owner who can decide what the agent may say and do, and a technical owner who can grant and revoke access. The pricing page explains what those roles mean for scope and cost.
What the team publishes, and what it does not
The guides describe how a workflow should work and where the failure modes are. They do not claim measured savings, response times or client results that we cannot evidence, and they do not publish client names without permission. Where a statement depends on a vendor's rule, the source is linked so you can check it yourself.
Devs Group is the brand used by DEVS AI DEVELOPMENT L.L.C, which contracts the work described on this site.

For a correction, send the page address, the sentence you dispute and the source you rely on. For a project, send the workflow, the systems involved and the result you would use to judge it.
