Interactive workflow example
Check an AI enquiry handoff
An AI enquiry can receive an approved answer, need more information or require a person. Try the checklist to see how a defined boundary changes the next step.
This is an illustrative workflow, not a live Devs Group integration or a customer result. It makes no bookings and sends no enquiries. Selections stay in this page; the checker does not store them or send them to a service.

A procedure your team can review
- Check whether the request has an approved answer and falls within the agent's permitted actions.
- Escalate requests for a person, approval exceptions and requests without a reliable approved answer.
- If the workflow is in scope, collect necessary details and check any required current availability.
- For a handoff, identify the owner and distinguish assignment from acceptance. Keep a fallback for unstaffed periods.
- Track whether the customer's task was resolved separately from the handoff or answer being sent.
The checklist is a proposed design exercise. Review your actual permissions, connected systems, staffed hours and failure cases before using a workflow with customers.
